So Brotha Fred and Snyderman gets into a "little" debate about Nascar and if it was red neck or not. Why did you give in Brotha? We all know that Nascar is the most redneck past time in America. Why were you afraid to defend your views? Probably like me..afraid to "offend" the nascar community...I mean come on...race cars going around a circular track...country music...bogangles chicken...oh and beerz!!!!!! Am I politically incorrect by voicing my opinion?? Come on Brotha and be a man!!! Yeah I know alot of peoples feathers will be ruffled by my comments. Good thing you can voice your opinion in America. Now if you want a real sport...check out extreme snowboarding or maybe the great Tony Hawk on skateboard, how about Matt Hoffman on his Pro BMX bike getting nasty with a no hander or ice pick grind.....geez... that takes talent, skill and a whole lotta kahunas... my 3 year old son can ride on his big wheel in a circle. Maybe even do a doughnut for ya.

Well my gosh....I can't believe our city got the rock group Radiohead...who ROCK... to come to Verizon. Am I the only person in this city thats stoked??? I mean as far as getting prime talent to come here...well we are lacking in that department. Kid Rock is touring and he's coming as close as SC..Why not Charlotte.??..its not like we don't have the venues..The Bobcats Area (oh and sports is another thing, ...the Panthers stink ...bobcats stink...we have baseball?? ha... NO GOOD SPORTS IN THIS TOWN. Unless you are a nascar fan)..Verizon...Lowes Motor speedway...Cricket.....I dont know. Just trying to figure this one out..at any rate..just disappointed that we dont get more great rock artist than we do.

I am a married mother of biracial children, caucasian and african american or mulatto. I have a pet peeve everytime Barack Obama is is classified as strictly black. He's Mulatto.I m by no means racist or sexist, but I don't think its fair to America to just focus on only 1 of his heritages. I am undecided about who is the more capable democratic candidate Clinton or Obama. I feel maybe Clinton and not because of her sex or race, based on her experience. But back to the race issue...Am I the only one that feels this way? I am so careful in showing my children "the best of both worlds" so to speak. I make sure they know both my family's Europeon heritage and their father's African heritage. Okay, now that Ive gotten that off my chest ...I'd love to know what anyone else thinks..Am I totally off base by thinking the next President of the United States could be Mulatto instead of Black? If not maybe my son or daughter will be!! So just a stupid thought .I guess maybe when I have to deal with alot of ignorance because of the race issue on a daily basis I'm more in tune to it?
