Who do you all think....

I'm wondering... at least, my mother is wondering this, and she has asked me repeatedly... who do I think will win the Presidential race this November: assuming we are talking about three people, sorry, Ron Paul... :/ All right, here it is: Regardless of how you intend to vote, who do you think will win? Will John McCain? Hillary Clinton (and subsequently Bill, sorry, Elaine, bad girl! bad, bad... you aren't supposed to put in these personal observations! stop it!)? Barak... Barack? Anyway, B. Hussein Obama?

Which of these Hillary? John? or Obama?

Remember, forget who you are voting for, just think for a moment: who do you think is going to win?

I'm just curious is all...

I think the more important races will be down the ticket at Congressional levels. For all the hoopla, a conservative president won't get conservative appointments to the cabinet or Supreme Court with out conservatives backing them up in Congress. I also think local leadership is critical. Dallas county needs to do much more to get key positions, specifically sheriff. Of course, I believe that the pendulum has swung just about as far to the left as it can and the momentum of politics can bring that thing back with startling speed. Plus, even if the Dems win this one, if they haven't turned things around by the Mid-terms, there will be hell to pay.

What difference do you, any of you think a new president will make? No matter who gets elected it will be "look at the new boss, just like the old boss". Pliticians will continue to lie, cheat, and steal from the American public with impunity. Look at the airlines. The FAA is in charge of overseeing them. It is their job to make sure these inspections are carried out properly, and on time. Now we have 1,000 flights cancelled because NO ONE in the FAA did their job. Has any one been FIRED? I have to wonder how much money may have changed hands. Will anyone go to jail, or do certain people know too much to get put in jail?
