yesterday i went to the D.C United vs Columbus Crew match. it was far from what i expected. for starters Columbus Crew out played us by putting up three goals and scoring first. the game was looking horrible for United until the 89th minute. thats when Christian Gomez scored our first goal of the game. then Gomez scored again in the 90th minute off of a penalty shot. United should have scored alot more though. we had so many missed opportunities. however, despite the penalty shot given to us, the refereeing was horrible. there were atleast two incidents when cards should have been pulled on Columbus Crew. one of these incidents was when Perkins(goalkeeper) picked up the ball after a missed shot and a Crew player knocked it out of his hand. THAT IS A DEFINATE YELLOW CARD! but no card was drawn. horrible, just horrible refereeing. if someone had watched this game without knowing the MLS standings, you would think Columbus Crew was going to the playoffs and not D.C United. yet we are the number 1 team in the league. D.C United has some work to do in the first playoff game because before this lose, D.C United broke what i think was a 14 game winning streak with 2 ties. then came this lose. our momentum has taken a horrinle nose dive. but im confident that my D.C United can turn it around. here to Blackout 2007.

the surprises just keep coming in my party. Larry Craig has resigned. his resignation will go into affect September 30. the proposed reason for this resignation is sparring the republican pary further embarassment with another scandal. so i must say, his resignation is good. but still, the republican party is taking way too much heat. why are republicans making so many mistakes and causing so many scandals? i must take the time to tell everyone that people like Alberto Gonzalez, Larry Craig, and George W. Bush do not represent the republican party.

wow it finally happened. when The McLaughlin Group predicted it a few months ago i didn't believe it but it actually happened. on Friday Alberto Gonzalez (U.S attorney general) gave president Bush his resignation. and Bush accepted it. his resignation will go into effect September 17. however congress is not backing down. they still intend to have him in hearings until they get "to the bottom of this mess". many are saying Homeland Security chief Michael Chertoff will be his successor.

this shocked the heck out of me. as fierce and defiant as his testimony was and as stiff as he was on his positions, resignation would be the last thing i expect out of him. and then there is the question everyone will be asking. does this help or hurt president Bush? unlike Karl Rove's resignation, this will hurt president Bush. after Rove's resignation, Bush still had Gonzalez and Rice to hide behind for his sub par leadership of this country. one of those is now gone. and Bush did more wrongdoing than Rice. so guess where the guns of congress are pointed at next. you guessed it, BUSH. this was a blow to the administration. if Patraeus and Crocker don't come back with some good news in September, Bush is done. everything that has failed in federal government will fall to his feet. and he will be blamed for it all. he might not get the oportunity to finish out his term. America 1, Bush 0.

there is an area at the north pole that holds 25% of the world's undiscovered oil. also natural gas is there. there are 5 countries competing for this area. 4 of them are Russia, United States, Norway, and Denmark. i forgot the last one. the area is in international waters. in the previous week, Russia placed its flag at the ocean floor. 2.5 miles below the surface. Russia believes that they are entitled to the area because there is an under water mountain range that runs from the area. they say it runs to Russia. in reality the range runs to Greenland. Russia is currently taking soil samples from the area in an attempt to prove that the mountains run to Russia.

this is horrible news for the U.S. this would help us so much. we cannot let the Russians get this. the question is, who has a right to it? the mountain range definitely doesn't run to the U.S, so we have no arguement that it belongs to us. we can't leave it to the U.N because they will give it all to Russia. i believe what would be in the best interest of the U.S is to have the 5 nations divide up the land. thats the idea proposed by my idol Patrick Buchanan. excluding all out war its the only way the U.S can get some of the black gold.

this blog is to inform people as to why coal is a bad idea. i have been seeing commercials about using coal as an energy source. DON'T DO IT! the last thing we need is another carbon based fuel. it would cause just as much harm to the environment as oil does. and it will eventually run out. just like oil is. the only thing good that comes out of using coal is that it would make this country energy independent. but at the cost of still polluting our air, its not worth it. we can find something safer like wind or natural gas. DON'T USE COAL!!!

here is more evidence as to why Barack Obama shouldn't be president. there are Al-Qaieda facilities in a mountanious region in Pakistan. our intelligence confirms it. Obama said he would send troops into that region WITH OR WITHOUT the permission of Pervez Musharrof (Pakistan's president). does he know what he is saying?i'll tell you what he is saying. he is saying he will put U.S troops on Pakistani soil without the permission of their leader. is he crazy? how does he think the country will feel about foreign troops being there without their permission? Musharrof wouldn't take this lying down. he might even send troops there to fight ours. there goes another middle eastern ally. and we already have only a few. Pakistan is one of them. to do this would be catastrophic to our relationship with Pakistan. this is clearly bad for America. which shows why Obama would be a bad choice for America.

another thing about Obama. he says he wouldn't use nuclear weapons if it hurts civilians. you might as well say you wouldn't use them at all. there is no place on earth where you could drop a nuke and have no civilian casulties excluding Antartica. there are times when a nuke has to be used. but with Obama as president, these times would be ignored.

this is getting annoying. and the democratic congress wonders why their approval ratings are so low. Democratic congressman Russ Feingold of Wisconsin said on fox news Sunday last week that he doesn't buy the notion that the troop surge is working. and he doesn't buy the notion that David Petraeus can tell the American people and government the progress of the troop surge. that is so ignorant. what better person to tell about the surge then the top general in the country who has the latest news brought to him and looked over on a daily basis? Feingold must be forming his opinion off his own research. where could it be coming from? no one knows more about the subject than Petraeus. this shows just how closed minded the democrats are in congress towards this war. its unfortunate that they are the majority in congress and America wants one of them as president. democrats refuse to look at the facts. they are so unrealistic. its a mistake people. don't elect a democrat.

WARNING! WARNING! IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE MOVIE BUT INTEND TO SEE IT DON'T READ THIS BLOG. IT WILL COMPLETELY SPOIL IT FOR YOU.

on a scale from 1-10 i would give the movie an 8. it had its good points and bad points like every movie does. but it was mostly good. it was of course very funny. it was entertaining. it had guns, missles, and fighting in it. thats always good. it had politics in it. which i love. there were political jokes, environmental jokes, and environmental activism. im an environmentalist so the movie was very good for me. Homer screws up Springfield by putting pig dong in the lake. the city hates him for that. i love seeing people care about the environment. so that was a plus. it involved government agencies and the military as well as the president. it has Marge in a very sexy outfit that shows just how big her breast really are. there is kissing and romance in the movie. for those of us teenageers who are suffering from the emotional pressure of being a teenager, these romantic moments were tough at times. but nothing that couldn't be handled.

on the other hand, there were some bad parts. there was a scene of nudity which wasn't too bad. also it was relatively short for a movie. it was less than an hour and a half. but its a tv show so you expect something like that. and Dr.Nick gets killed. i thought they weren't going to do anything major like that. thats what they said on the news. but for the most part, the movie was great.

as a teegager(14), i am tired of sacrificing my rights, being inconvienced, and getting the short end of the stick so that this city is better off. this is getting ridiculous. first there is the curfew. everyone under the age of 18 must be in their houses or neighborhoods after 12:00 midnight. this rule was made because the former police chief and the mayor said that most crime at night is because of teens. this is so wrong. a twenty year old can kill someone or steal a car just as easily as a 14 year old could. i question whether this curfew has cut down on crime significantly enough to matter. and above all, the curfew is unconstitutional. it discriminates based on age. but because its supposed to "cut down on crime", it was made law.

now the mayor has extended the summer work program until the 24th. most students go back to school the next week! we get no time to rest which i desperately need. i wake up at 5:00 for work. and i will have to do the same for school. this takes a huge toll on your body. i need time to rest, but i won't get any. i am so tired of adults acting like they know whats best for us. listen to us before you make laws that will hurt us. whats next, school all year round? which i constantly hear talk about. if every adult who proposed this knew how hard and exhausting school is, they would shut up immediately. i pay taxes with my job, so i deserve better than this.

i can't belief this. no one would ever choose her as Speaker of the House after that stunt she pulled on Bush's ranch. i can't belief she would even consider this. its unrealistic. she has no political experience, she's bleeding a river of blood from her heart, and she is too emotional to hold any government job. i wonder has anyone with a bit of political intelligence in their brains told her that she could become that. i dare say it is impossible for Cindy Sheehan to become speaker of the House.

this question has plagued me for months now. what could illegal immigrants and their advocates say as to why they shouldn,t be deported? many say because they have children in this country. you knew you were an illegal immigrant. you shouldn,t have had kids here. the seperation of your family is your fault. some say because they are a vital part of the work force and economy. thanks to the help of my idol Patrick Buchanan, i have realized that that is a bunch of bull. illegals only make up 16% of the construction industry. we aren,t going to miss that. and our high school dropouts can replace them. which would cut down on crime and crackheads walking around. they say they work jobs we don,t want. thats not true. i would love to wash dishes in a restaurant on Saturdays for alittle extra money. illegal immigrants come over here illegally and then say they shouldn,t be punished. what sense does that make? NONE!!! they march on the mall saying they shouldn,t be deported. WHAT ON THIS GREEN EARTH COULD YOU POSSIBLY BE MARCHING FOR!!!? you commited the wrong. deal with the consequences and GET THE F+++ OUT OF MY COUNTRY!!!

i have been seeing advertisments for this magazine on the sides of metro buses. in one particular class of mine i had to read several articles from the magazine. i want to tell everone why the magazine is an awful one to even touch. it is a british run magazine. it tackles world issues like Darfur. but it also prys into the little bad things in America. for example deteriorating American cities. it is a horrible magazine. it criticized Patrick Buchanan for being anti-immigration and anti-internationalism. they only did that because they are a magazine that reaches out to the world with what they say. that is not a legitimate reason to insult someone like Pat Buchanan. they also blame black people for the deterioration of american cities by saying that because of white people leaving the city it went bad. The Economist's views are both biased and ignorant.the magazine should be destroyed.

how can someone be a libertarian? i have read(and please correct me if im wrong) that libertarians want less government regulation in everything. moral issues, ethnic issues, economic issues, etc, etc. doesn,t that defeat the purpose of government? i mean come on, they have to control something. thats what government means.

the results are in. not officially but its enough at this time. most experts and me say the troop surge is failing. it has reduced violence in Anbar province and Baghdad, but it hasn,t helped other areas. which means it would take a troop surge in every city to achieve our goal of stabliizing Iraq. of course this in unrealistic because we don,t have enough troops. i am going on the record as saying unless the Maliki government make unexpected and fast improvements(which is unlikely), we are destined for failure in Iraq. this is just one of the many ways Bush has doomed this country and this world.

i couldn,t wait to see this movie. but after seeing it i was kind of disappointed. the movie was very difficult to understand. anyone who has followed the serious knows that in each movie someone is added that wasn,t there before. but in this movie there were several people who weren,t there before or even spoke of in the series before. also things happened just out of the blue in the movie. for example the British got the heart of Davy Jones. how the heck did that happen? i still haven,t figured it out. however, they did make up for it in the way that every movie in the series has. the last 40 minutes consist of mind blowing action. its quite smart actually. it makes most people forget about the confusing part. but not me. anybody agree with me out there?
