Should older coworkers (ages 50- retirement) get special treament in the work place? I am tired of picking up the extra load from older coworkers who cannot keep up with what is expected. These coworkers generally have been with the company for a very long time and get paid the same or more than I do. They work the same amount of hours as I do, however, because they are slower than I am, they do not have to carry a full caseload. Therefore, the load is dumped on the younger generation who are not as slow.
